I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 6 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Corporations (NZ Closer Economic Relations) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2007, fix 1 September 2007 as the day on which Schedule 2 to that Act commences.
