I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance
of section 2 (3) of the Corporations (New South Wales) Amendment Act
1991, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 31 July 1992 as the day on
which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Proclamation is to commence the uncommenced provisions of the Corporations (New South Wales) Amendment Act 1991 (namely the provisions of Schedule 1 (1) (b) and (c), (3)–(11) and (13), section 3 in its application to them
and section 4). Those provisions:
| (a) | amend the Corporations (New South Wales) Act 1990 for the purpose of conferring certain jurisdiction on the Family Court of Australia and State |
Family Courts; and

(b) repeal the National Companies and Securities Commission (State Provisions) Act 1981 as a consequence of the abolition of the National Companies and Securities Commission.
