HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Corporations (New South Wales) Act 1990, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Corporations (New South Wales) Regulation 1990 is amended by
inserting after clause 4 the following clause:
Certain references to Corporate Affairs Commission
5. For the purposes of section 96 (2) of the Act, the reference to the Corporate Affairs Commission in section 29D (2) (a) of the Trustee Companies Act 1964 is taken to be a reference to the Director-General of the Attorney General’s Department.
EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to provide that the reference in section 29D of the Trustee Companies Act 1964 to the Corporate Affairs Commission is taken to be a reference to the Director-General of the Attorney General’s Department. Section 29D relates to the financial statements of trustee companies, and the Trustee Companies Act 1964 is currently administered by the Attorney General.
This Regulation is made under the Corporations (New South Wales) Act 1990,
including section 80.
