Corporations (Fees) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Corporations Act 1989.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 October 1993.

2.    Amendment

2.1   The Corporations (Fees) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.    Schedule (Prescribed Fees)

3.1   Item 1:

Omit “150”, substitute “180”.

3.2   Item 3:

Omit “150”, substitute “180”.

3.3   Paragraph 5 (a):
