1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Corporations (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 2).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the date of their notification in the Gazette.

1. Amendment of Corporations (Fees) Regulations 2001

Schedule 1 amends the Corporations (Fees) Regulations 2001.
