Made under the Corporations (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2001 section 6 by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Corporations (Commonwealth Powers)

Proclamation 2021.

2.             Extension of period of reference

(1) In this clause —
references means both the references of matters to the
Parliament of the Commonwealth under section 4(1) of the Act.
(2) The day fixed as the day on which the references terminate
is 15 July 2031.
