I, the Governor, acting under the Corporations (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2001 section 6 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 15 July 2016 as the day on which both the references of matters to the Parliament of the Commonwealth under section 4(1) of that Act terminate.
