Act 2001 No 1—Proclamation

PROFESSOR MARIE BASHIR AO, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Corporations (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2001, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 4 April 2001 as the day on which that Act commences.
