1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to preserve certain references in certain Acts of Parliament to old Corporations legislation that would otherwise be taken to include references to the new Corporations legislation by virtue of section 11(1) of the Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Act 2001.
2Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 11 and 25 of the Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Act 2001.
3Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 27 June 2011.
4Revocation
The Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Regulations 2001[1] are revoked.
5Preservation of references to old Corporations legislation
Section 11(1) of the Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Act 2001 does not apply in relation to any reference of a kind specified in column 1 of the Schedule in a provision of an Act specified opposite it in column 2 of the Schedule.

1. General Information
The Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Regulations 2011, S.R. No. 34/2011 were made on 14 June 2011 by the Governor in Council under sections 11 and 25 of the Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Act 2001, No. 43/2001 and came into operation on 27 June 2011: regulation 3.
The Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Regulations 2011 will sunset 10 years after the day of making on 14 June 2021 (see section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994).
2. Table of Amendments
There are no amendments made to the Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Regulations 2011 by statutory rules, subordinate instruments and Acts.
