Amendment Regulations 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

I.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Corporations (Ancillary
Provisions) Amendment Regulations 2003.

(1)	Regulation 4(1) is repealed.
(2)	Regulation 4(1a)(a) and (c) are deleted.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Corporations
(Ancillary Provisions) Regulations 2001*.

4.            Regulation 5 amended

Regulation 5(1) is amended after paragraph (h) by deleting the full stop and inserting —

(c) the Corporations (Consequential Amendments)

Act (No. 2) 2003.

Note: The note at the end of section 5(2) will be altered by inserting and the

Corporations (Consequential Amendments) Act (No. 2) 2003" after

-Corporations (Consequential Amendments) Act 2001".
