Corporations Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 4)¹

Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Corporations Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 4).

Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 July 2007.

Amendment of Corporations Regulations 2001

Schedule 1 amends the Corporations Regulations 2001.

[1] Regulation 1.0.03A, table, before item 1

1A	Certificate to the effect that all documents accompanying a notice lodged under section 263 or 264 of the Act have been duly stamped as required by any applicable law relating to stamp duty	Paragraph 265 (4) (b)
