1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Corporations Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 2).

2Commencement

 These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 15 July 2001.

3Amendment of Corporations Regulations 2001

Schedule 1 amends the Corporations Regulations 2001.

4Repeal of Corporations Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 1)

 Statutory Rules 2001 No. 187 is repealed.
