 The following indexes are prescribed for subparagraph (b) (ii) of the definition of option contract in section 9 of the Corporations Law:

  Australian Stock Exchange Twenty Leaders Share Price Index;

• (c)

  Australian Stock Exchange All Industrials Share Price Index;

• (d)

• (e)

  Australian Stock Exchange Gold Share Price Index;

• (f)

  Dow Jones Asia-Pacific Extra Liquid Series – Australia Equity Index;

• (g)

  Dow Jones Asia-Pacific Extra Liquid Series – Hong Kong Equity Index;

• (h)

  Dow Jones Asia-Pacific Extra Liquid Series – Japan Equity Index;

• (i)

  Dow Jones Asia-Pacific Extra Liquid Series – Pan Pacific Equity Index;

  FT-SE 100 Index;

  S&P 500 Composite Stock Price Index.

 The following indexes are prescribed for paragraph (b) of the definition of eligible exchange-traded option in section 9 of the Corporations Law:

  Dow Jones Asia-Pacific Extra Liquid Series – Australia Equity Index;

• (c)

  Dow Jones Asia-Pacific Extra Liquid Series – Hong Kong Equity Index;
