1. Name of regulation

This regulation is the Corporations Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 9).

1. Commencement

This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.

1. Amendment of Corporations Regulations 2001

Schedule 1 amends the Corporations Regulations 2001.

Schedule 1          Amendments

(section 3)

[1]          Subregulation 1.0.02 (1), definition of Division 3 asset, after paragraph (c)

insert
