Corporations Amendment (Insolvency) Act 2007

I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Corporations Amendment (Insolvency) Act 2007, fix 31 December 2007 as the day on which items 1 to 48 of Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
