1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Corowa Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 9).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following:

(a)	land within the villages of Balldale and Daysdale,
(b)	Lot 2, DP 235495, Lots 8 and 9, DP 235658, Lots 51 and 52, DP 553550, Lot 1, DP 745900, Lot 297, DP 753734, Lot 2, DP 862442, Lot 1, DP 1093838 and SP 53310, Honour Avenue, Corowa,
(c)	Lot 1, DP 789429, Pearce Street, Howlong.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Corowa Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
