1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Corowa Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 8).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to:

(a)

part of Lot 4, DP 1038785, 90 Whitehead Street, Corowa, and

(b)

the following land in Federation Avenue, Corowa:

(i)	part of Lot 222, DP 753734,
(ii)	part of Lot 2, DP 543318,

(iii)	part of Lot 25, DP 1128599,
(iv)	part of Lot 2, DP 746305,
(v)	Lots 20–24, DP 706785,
(vi)	Lot 26, DP 1127312.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Corowa Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
