1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Corowa Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 6).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 271 Jude Road, Howlong, being Lots 93 and 94,

DP 753744.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Corowa Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Corowa Local Environmental Plan 2012

(1) Clause 7.11 Development within buffer areas

Omit “the Rivalea Feedmill Facility” from clause 7.11 (1) wherever occurring.

Insert instead “certain industrial areas”.

Omit “Rivalea Feedmill Facility buffer area”. Insert instead “Buffer Area”.

Clause 7.11 (3) (c) and (d)

Omit “the Rivalea Feedmill Facility” wherever occurring.

Insert instead “relevant industry”.
