Coroners (Fees, Expenses and Allowances) Amendment Regulations 2012

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Coroners Act 1995 .17 December 2012

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Coroners (Fees, Expenses and Allowances) Amendment Regulations 2012 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Coroners (Fees, Expenses and Allowances) Regulations 2006 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 amended (Fees, expenses and allowances) Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting item 6 from Part 1 and substituting:

6.  Copy of audio recording of proceedings 20 fee units
