AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Coroners Ordinance 1956-1973.

the Seat of Government {Administration) Act 1910-1973.

CORONERS ORDINANCE 1974

1. ( 1 ) This Ordinance may be cited as the Coroners Ordinance

(2 ) The Coroners Ordinance 1956-1973,t as amended by this

Ordinance, may be cited as the Coroners Ordinance 1956-1974.

2.   Section 33 of the Coroners Ordinance 1956-1973 is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-section (3) the words and figures " Court of Petty Sessions Ordinance 1930-1953" and substituting the words and figures " Court of Petty Sessions Ordinance 1930-1974";

(b ) by omitting from sub-section (6) the words and figures "Court of Petty Sessions Ordinance 1930-1953 " and substituting the words and figures " Court of Petty Sessions Ordinance 1930-1974 "; and

(c) by omitting from sub-section (7) the words and figures " Part VI. of the Court of Petty Sessions Ordinance 1930- 1953 " and substituting the words and figures " Parts VI and XIIIA of the Court of Petty Sessions Ordinance 1930-1974 ".
