Copyright Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Copyright Act 1968.

1. After regulation 3 of the Copyright Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Central records authority

“3a. For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of ‘central records authority’ in section 10 of the Act, the Australian Trade Union Training Authority Central Records Authority is declared to be a central records authority for the purposes of the Act.”.

Schedule 1

2. Schedule 1 to the Copyright Regulations is amended

(a) by inserting after Item 9 the following item;

“9a Australian Institute of Management New South Wales Division Training Centre 135 Walker Street North Sydney, N.S.W. 2060";

(b) by inserting after Item 19 the following item:

“19a Burleigh College 134 The Parade, Norwood, S.A. 5067";

(c) by inserting after Item 58 the following item:

“58a Jesuit Theological College 175 Royal Parade, Parkville, Vic. 3052”;

(d) by inserting after Item 62 the following item;

“62a Leo Cussen Institute for Continuing Legal Education 408 La Trobe Street, Melbourne, Vic. 3000":

(e) by inserting after Item 69 the following item:

“69a Luther Seminary Jeffcott Street, North Adelaide, S.A. 5006";

(f) by inserting after Item 111 the following item:

“111a St. Barnabas’ Theological College Gloucester Avenue, Belair, S.A. 5052";

(g) by inserting after Item 127 the following item:

“127a Sydney College of Chiropractic Ltd. 7 The Esplanade, Ashfield, N.S.W. 2131";

(h) by inserting after Item 128 the following item:

“128a Taylors Institute of Advanced Studies Ltd 114 Albert Road, South Melbourne, Vic. 3205";

(i) by inserting after Item 134 the following item:

“134a The New South Wales College of Nursing 55 Hereford Street, Glebe, N.S.W. 2037"

(j) by inserting after Item 137 the following item:

“137a Trinity Theological College 83 Ryans Road, St. Lucia, Qld. 4067”;

(k) by inserting after Item 146 the following item:

“146a West Metropolitan Group School of Nursing Westmead Centre, Westmead, N.S.W. 2145"; and

(m) by omitting Items 151 and 152 and substituting the following items:

“151 Wollongong Teachers’ Centre	Keiraville Public School, Robson Road, Keiraville, N.S.W. 2500
152 Woollahra Teachers’ Centre	Bondi Public School, Wellington Street, Bondi, N.S.W. 2026
153 Workers’ Education Association of South Australia	264 Halifax Street, Adelaide, S.A. 5000”.

Schedule 2

3. Schedule 2 to the Copyright Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following item:

“10 Yooralla Society of Victoria 52 Thistlethwaite Street, South Melbourne, Vic. 3205”.
