Copyright Regulations2 (Amendment)

 

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Copyright Act 1968.

Schedule 1

1. Schedule 1 to the Copyright Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after Item 9a the following item:

“9b

Australian Mineral Foundation Incorporated

Conyngham Street, Glenside, S.A. 5065”; and

(b) by inserting after Item 35 the following item:

“35a

Continuing Education for the Deaf

16 Breatham Street, Leederville, W.A. 6007”.

Schedule 2

2. Schedule 2 to the Copyright Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after Item 4 the following item:

“4a

Queensland Braille Writing Association

507 Ipswich Road, Annerley. Qld 4103”;

(b) by inserting after Item 7 the following item:

“7A

Royal Society for the Blind of South Australia Inc.

Blacks Road, Gilles Plains, S.A. 5086”; and

(c) by inserting after Item 8 the following item:

“8a

The Blind Society of the A.C.T., Inc.

Griffin Centre, Bunda Street. Canberra City, A.C.T. 2601”.
