Copyright Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Copyright Act 1968.

After regulation 17 of the Copyright Regulations, the following regulation is inserted:

Prescribed persons for the purposes of subparagraph 91 (a) (iii) of the Act

“17a. For the purposes of subparagraph 91 (a) (iii) of the Act, the following persons are prescribed:

(a) Satellite Leisure Services Pty Limited;

(b) Sky Channel Pty Ltd.”.
