REGULATION UNDER THE COPYRIGHT ACT 1912-1935.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Copyright Act 1912-1935.

Amendment of the Copyright Regulations 1913.

Regulation 9 of the Copyright Regulations 1913 is repealed and the following regulation inserted in its stead:—

Hours of business.

“9. Except in the case of holidays observed under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1922-1945, the Copyright Office shall be open to the public on week days (other than Saturdays) from ten o’clock in the morning to four o’clock in the afternoon.”.
