Copyright (International Protection) Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council and being satisfied that, in respect of
performances, sound broadcasts and television broadcasts to which the
provisions of the
(a) in the case of performances—to performers whose performances are protected under that Act; and
(b) in the case of sound broadcasts and television broadcasts—to owners of copyright under the Act;
make the following
Regulations under the
