Copyright Amendment (Film Directors’ Rights) Act 2005
I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Copyright Amendment (Film Directors’ Rights) Act 2005, fix 19 December 2005 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
