I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Cootamundra Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 5).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Cootamundra Local Environmental Plan 2013 applies, including land at 150 Thompson Street, Cootamundra, being Lot 9, DP 26262.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Cootamundra Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Cootamundra Local Environmental Plan 2013

(1) Land Use Table

Insert “Serviced apartments;” in alphabetical order in item 3 of the matter relating to

Zone R1 General Residential.

(2)	Land Use Table, Zone IN3 Heavy Industrial, item 3
Insert “Crematoria;”, “Transport depots;”, “Truck depots;” and “Vehicle body repair workshops;” in alphabetical order.
(3)	Land Use Table, Zone IN3 Heavy Industrial, item 4
Omit “Crematoria;”, “Depots;”, “Transport depots;”, “Truck depots;”, “Vehicle body repair workshops;”, and “Warehouse or distribution centres;”.
(4)	Schedule 5 Environmental heritage
Omit the matter relating to Item no I46 from Part 1.
