2 Cooperative Housing Societies (No. 1) No. 94, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Cooperative Housing Societies Order (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Loan to valuation ratio 2. The percentage specified for the purpose of section 25(6) of the Actis 95%. ˙ Maximum loan 3. The amount specified for the purpose of section 25(7) of the Act is $110 000. ˙ Repeals 4. The following orders in council made under the Act are repealed— (a) the order in council published in the Gazette on 25 September 1971 at page 341; (b) the order in council published in the Gazette on 10 March 1973 at page 1141; (c) the order in council published in the Gazette on 21 July 1990 at page 1812.
