1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Coonamble Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 21 Muraiman Street, Gulargambone, being Lot 183,

DP 753385.

4 Amendment of Coonamble Local Environmental Plan 2011

(1) Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Omit “(When this Plan was made this Schedule was blank.)”. Insert instead:

1      Use of certain land at 21 Muraiman Street, Gulargambone

This clause applies to land at 21 Muraiman Street, Gulargambone, being Lot 183, DP 753385 and identified as “Area A” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

Development for the purpose of one dwelling house is permitted with

development consent.
