1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Coonamble Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment

No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to:

(a)

certain land at Coonamble, being:

(i)

Lot 1, DP 40737 and Lot 11, DP 650507, 140 Aberford Street, and

(ii)

Lot 832, DP 831338, 54–66 Barton Street, and

(iii)

(v)

(vi)
