Schedule here to A n d whereas by seven several Deeds of Gran t s from

t h e Crown six bear ing date t h e first day of December in t he year of our Lord one thousand eight hund red a n d seventy-four and one bear ing date t h e twenty-fifth day of M a r c h in t h e year of our Lord one thousand e ight hund red and seventy-five all unde r t h e hand of his said Excel lency Sir Hercu les George Robe r t Robinson and t h e seal of t he said Colony a l lo tments two t h r e e four five six and seven of section fifty-three in t h e

said town of Cooma and a lane dividing t h e said a l lo tments be ing the

lands described in t he Second Schedule hereto were for t he consideration money there in ment ioned granted u n t o t h e Very Reverend Samuel J o h n Aus t in Sheehy and the said Edward O'Br ien and Alexander M o n t a g u e the i r heirs and assigns for ever A n d whereas t he said lands described in t h e Second Schedule hereto are more sui table t h a n t h e lands described in t h e First Schedule here to for t he purposes for which the las t -ment ioned lands were g ran ted as aforesaid A n d whereas the said Samuel J o h n Aus t in Sheehy E d w a r d O'Br ien and Alexander M o n t a g u e are will ing to dedicate t he said lands described in t he Second Schedule hereto for t h e purposes aforesaid in l ieu of t h e said lands described in t h e First Schedule here to A n d i t is expedient t h e said lands described in t he First Schedule hereto should be sold and t h a t t h e proceeds of such sale should be laid out in t he erection of a R o m a n Catholic Church minis ter ' s residence and school-house on the said lands described in t he Second Schedule here to or for some or one of those purposes Be it t he re ­ fore enacted by t h e Queen ' s Mos t Exce l len t Majesty by and wi th t he advice a n d consent of the Legislat ive Counci l and Legislat ive Assembly of New South Wales in Pa r l i amen t assembled and by the au thor i ty of the same as follows :—

1. The said Samuel J o h n Aus t i n Sheehy E d w a r d O'Br ien and
Alexander M o n t a g u e shall convey the lands described in t he Second
Schedule here to to t he said Roger Bede V a u g h a n E d w a r d O'Brien
Alexander M o n t a g u e Pa t r i ck J e r e m i a h Joseph Clifford a n d David
O ' R o u r k e (or o ther Trustees to be nomina ted by the said Roger Bede

V a u g h a n or o ther t h e R o m a n Catholic Archbishop or Archbishop Coadjutor of Sydney for t he t ime being) and their heirs upon t ru s t as sites for a R o m a n Catholic Church school and minis ter ' s residence.

2. I t shall be lawful for t h e said Roge r Bede V a u g h a n E d w a r d
O'Brien Alexander M o n t a g u e Pa t r i ck J e r emiah Joseph Clifford and

David O ' R o u r k e and the i r heirs to sell and dispose of t he lands described in t he first Schedule hereto by publ ic auct ion or p r iva te con­ t r ac t and ei ther in one lot or several lots for such price or prices as can be reasonably h a d or obtained for t h e same and to convey the same or any par t or par t s thereof to t he purchaser or purchasers thereof in fee s imple freed and discharged from t h e said t rus t s affecting t he same and to receive t h e purchase money thereof A n d the receipt in wr i t ing of t h e said Trus tees the i r heirs or assigns shall absolutely discharge the purchase r or purchasers of t h e said land or any pa r t or par t s thereof from t h e purchase money payable by h im or t h e m respectively and shall exonera te h im or t h e m from seeing to t he appl icat ion of such purchase

money and from all l iabili ty as to t h e misappl icat ion or nonappl ica t ion
thereof.

3. The said Trustees the i r heirs or assigns shall s tand possessed of all moneys ar is ing from any and every sale or sales as aforesaid upon t rus t to lay out t h e said moneys in t he erection of a R o m a n Catholic Church school and minis ter ' s residence upon the said lands described in t h e Second Schedule hereto or for some or one of those purposes .

F I R S T

F I R S T SCHEDULE.

Al l that piece or parcel of land in the said Colony containing by admeasurement one acre be the same more or less situated in the county of Beresford and parish of Cooma village of Cooma allotments one and two of section six Commencing at the

northern corner of the section and bounded thence on the north-west by Sharp-street
south-westerly two chains on the south-west by the north-eastern boundary of allotment

three appropriated for a Roman Catholic Presbytery south-easterly five chains to Com­

missioner-street on the south-east by that street north-easterly two chains to Bombala- street and on the north-east by that street north-westerly five chains to the point of commencement Also all that piece or parcel of land in the said Colony containing by admeasurement two roods be the same more or less situated in the county of Beresford parish of Cooma and village of Cooma allotment three of section six Commencing on the south-eastern side of Sharp-street at the western corner of allotment two being part

of the appropriation for a Roman Catholic Church and bounded thence on the north-west

by Sharp-street south-westerly one chain on the south-west by the north-eastern boundary

of allotment four appropriated for a Roman Catholic School south-easterly five chains to

Commissioner-street on the south-east by that street north-easterly one chain and on the north-east by the south-western boundary of allotment two aforesaid north-westerly five chains to the point of commencement And also all that piece or parcel of land in the said Colony containing by admeasurement two roods be the same more or less situated in the county of Beresford and parish of Cooma village of Cooma allotment four of section six Commencing on the south-eastern side of Sharp-street at the northern corner of allotment five and bounded thence on the north-west by that street north-easterly one chain on the north-east by the south-western boundary of allotment three appropriated for a Roman Catholic Presbytery south-easterly five chains to Commissioner-street on the south-east by that street south-westerly one chain and on the south-west by the north­ eastern boundary of allotment five aforesaid north-westerly five chains to the point of commencement.

Commencing on the south-eastern side of Murray-street at the western corner of E. O'Brien S. J. A . Sheehy and A. Montague's allotment one and bounded thence on the north-west by that street south-westerly two chains twenty-five links on the south-west by the north­ eastern boundary-line of E. O'Brien S. J. A. Sheehy and A . Montague's allotment three south-easterly at right angles to Murray-street two chains fifty links to a lane on the south­ east by that lane north-easterly parallel with Murray-street two chains twenty-five links and on the north-east by the south-western boundary-line of allotment one aforesaid north­ westerly at right angles to Murray-street two chains fifty-links to the point of commence­ ment Also all that allotment or parcel of land in the said Colony containing by admea­ surement two roods ten perches be the same more or less situated in the county of Beresford parish of Cooma and village of Cooma being allotment number three of section

O'Brien S. J. A. Sheehy and A. Montague's allotment five and bounded thence on the south-east by that street north-easterly two chains twenty-five links on the north- cast by the south-western boundary-line of E. O'Brien S. J . A. Sheehy and A. Montague's allotment seven north-westerly at right angles to Egan-street two chains twenty links to a lane on the north-west by that lane south-westerly parallel with Egan-street two chains twenty-five links and on the south-west by the north-eastern boundary-line of aforesaid allotment five south-easterly at right angles to Egan-street two chains twenty links to the point of commencement Also all that allotment or parcel of land in the said Colony containing by admeasurement one rood thirty-nine perches be the same more or less situated in the county of Beresford parish of Cooma and village of Cooma being allotment number seven of section number fifty-three Commencing on the north-western side of Egan-street at the eastern corner of E. O'Brien S. J. A. Sheehy and A. Montague's allotment six and bounded thence on the south-east by that street north-easterly two chains twenty-five links on the north-east by the south-western boundary-line of E. O'Brien S. J. A. Sheehy and A. Montague's allotment eight north-westerly at right angles to Egan-street two chains twenty links to a lane on the north-west by that lane south­ westerly parallel with Kgan-street two chains twenty-five links and on the south-west by the north-eastern boundary-line of allotment six aforesaid south-easterly at right angles to Egan-street two chains twenty links to the point of commencement And also all that allotment or parcel of land in the said Colony containing by admeasurement thirty-two and a quarter perches be the same more or less situated in the county of Beresford parish of Cooma and village of Cooma Commencing at the eastern corner of E. O'Brien S. J. A. Sheehy and A. Montague's allotment two of section fifty-three and bounded thence on the north-west by the south-eastern boundary of that allotment the south-eastern boundaries of E.'O'Brien S. J. A. Sheehy and A. Montague's allotments three and four of section fifty-three in all bearing south-westerly six chains seventy-five links on the south­ west by Soho-strcet bearing south-easterly thirty links on the south-cast by the north western boundaries of E . O'Brien S. J. A. Sheehy and A. Montague's allotments five six and seven section fifty-three in all bearing north-easterly six chains seventy-five links to the northern corner of lot seven and on the north-east by a line bearing north-westerly thirty links to the point of commencement.
