AN ACT to render valid a General Rate made by the Municipality of Coolgardie for the current year.

HEREAS doubts have arisen as to whether the General Rate current year was lawfully made, and whether the provisions of theW	Preamble.
made by the Municipal Council of Coolgardie for the' Municipal Institutions Act, 1895, relating thereto, were duly com- plied with, and it is expedient to give validity to the said rate: Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :-
1. NOTWITHSTANDING that the provisions of the Municipal Institutions Act, 1895, may not have been complied with thy the	General Rate for
