AN ACT for the Re-allocation of certain moneys authorised to be raised by the Coolgardie Goldfields Water Supply Loan Act, 1896.

[Assented to, 49th February, 19 02.]

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— .

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

1. OF the sum of Two million five hundred thousand pounds, Re-allocation of

1896, to be raised and applied to the purposes therein mentioned, the sum of Two million two hundred and fourteen thousand pounds shall be allocated to the item set forth in the Schedule hereto, in lieu of the first five items set forth in the Second Schedule to the

said Act, and may be applied accordingly ; and any expenditure already incurred in respect of the last mentioned items shall be deemed to have been expended in respect of the item set forth in the Schedule to this Act.

Short title.

2. THIS Act may be cited as the Coolgardie Goldfields Water

Supply Loan Re-allocation Act, 1902.
