AN ACT to amend the Coolgardie Goldfields Water Supply

Loan Act, 1896.

HEREAS the provision made by the Coolgardie Gold-

ing fund is in excess of the requirements for the repayment of the sum authorised to be raised by the said Act: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this pre- sent Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Coolgardie Goldfields :in.

Water Supply Loan Act Amendment Act, 1919, and shall be

read as one with the principal Act.

2.    Notwithstanding anything contained in the principal

Act to the contrary, the contributions to the sinking fund ni7a."3"" thousand nine hundred and nineteen, be at the rate of ten thousand pounds per annum, payable by equal half-yearly instalments.
