His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Conveyancing Act 1919.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Conveyancing (Sale of Land) Regulation 2017 to provide that a set aside relating to the clearing of native vegetation under Part 5A of the Local Land Services Act 2013
and a remediation order under Part 11 of the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 are adverse affectations of
land for the purposes of a contract for the sale of land.
This Regulation is made under the Conveyancing Act 1919, including section 52A.

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Conveyancing (Sale of Land) Amendment (Native Vegetation)
Regulation 2017.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Amendment of Conveyancing (Sale of Land) Regulation 2017
Schedule 3 Prescribed warranties
Insert at the end of the Schedule:
29 A mandatory code compliant certificate under Part 5A of the Local
Land Services Act 2013 that requires the establishment of a set aside
area.
30 A remediation order under Part 11 of the Biodiversity Conservation
Act 2016.
