1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Conveyancing Order 2012 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Application of Conveyancing Act 2004The application of the Conveyancing Act 2004 is extended to the following instruments prepared for the purposes of the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1884 : (a) contracts for the sale of land; (b) instruments amending contracts for the sale of land.
