Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Conveyancing Act 1919.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to prescribe an additional fee for supplying a copy (other than a certified copy) of a registered plan or part of a registered plan. The additional fee is allocated by the Registrar-General for copyright purposes.
This Regulation is made under the Conveyancing Act 1919, including sections 199 and 202 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Conveyancing (General) Amendment (Fee for Plans)
Regulation 2014.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 April 2014 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.
