(Eraring Energy) Regulation 2013

Conveyancing Act 1919

Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Conveyancing Act 1919.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to prescribe Eraring Energy Pty Limited as a prescribed authority for the purposes of section 88A of the Conveyancing Act 1919 so that an easement without a dominant tenement may be created in favour of that corporation. Any such easement may only be created in favour of the corporation if the easement is for the purpose of, or incidental to, the supply of a utility service to the public, including the supply of gas, water or electricity.
This Regulation is made under the Conveyancing Act 1919, including sections 88A and 202

(the general regulation-making power).

NSW legislation website.
