Conveyancing and Law of Property (Fees) Regulations 1999

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1884 .15 November 1999

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Fees) Regulations 1999 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the thirtieth day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3InterpretationIn these regulations – Act means the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1884 ; Fee units means fee units within the meaning of the Fee Units Act 1997 ; Recorder means the Recorder of Titles appointed under the Land Titles Act 1980 . 4FeesThe fees that are payable to the Recorder under the Act are set out in Schedule 1 . 5ExpiryThese regulations expire on 30 June 2000. 6Statutory Rules rescindedThe Statutory Rules specified in Schedule 2 are rescinded.
