Conveyancing and Law of Property (Fees) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2000

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1884 .18 September 2000

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Fees) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2000 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Fees) Regulations 1999 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 5 amended (Expiry) Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "30 September 2000" and substituting "31 March 2001".
