Conveyancing and Law of Property (Fees) Amendment Regulations 1998

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1884 .1 June 1998

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Fees) Amendment Regulations 1998 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 5 June 1998. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Fees) Regulations 1995 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 amended (Fees) Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting items 1 to 6, inclusive.
