Conveyancing Amendment Regulations 2012

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Conveyancing Act 2004 .17 December 2012

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Conveyancing Amendment Regulations 2012 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Conveyancing Regulations 2005 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 5 amended (Qualifications and experience) Regulation 5(a) of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by omitting subparagraph (ii) ; (b) by omitting subparagraph (v) ; (c) by omitting from subparagraph (vi) "FNS60304" and substituting ", or Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing,".
