His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Conveyancing Act 1919.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to prescribe Integral Energy Gas Pty Limited as a prescribed authority for the purposes of section 88A of the Conveyancing Act 1919 so that easements without dominant tenements may be created in favour of that corporation. Any such easement may be created only for the purpose of, or incidental to, the supply of specified utility services including the supply of gas or electricity.
This Regulation is made under the Conveyancing Act 1919, including section

88A and section 202 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Conveyancing (General) Amendment

(Prescribed Authorities) Regulation 2000.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 April 2000.

3 Amendment of Conveyancing (General) Regulation 1998

The Conveyancing (General) Regulation 1998 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
