His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Conveyancers Licensing Act 1995.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to increase fees charged in relation to the sections 87 (Register of licences) and 91 (the general regulation-making power).

1     Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Conveyancers Licensing Amendment (Fees)

Regulation 2000.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 31 March 2000.

3 Amendment of Conveyancers Licensing Regulation 1993

The Conveyancers Licensing Regulation 1993 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.
