Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Controlled Substances (Controlled Drugs, Precursors and Plants) (N-Ethylpentylone) Variation Regulations 2019.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Schedule 1, Part 1—after the table entry relating to "Benzethidine" insert the following entry (such that the amounts specified in the second, third and fourth columns below appear in the table under the headings "Large commercial (mixed)", "Commercial (mixed)" and "Trafficable (mixed)" respectively):
