Amendment Regulations 2019

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Control of Vehicles (Off-road Areas)

Amendment Regulations 2019.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Control of Vehicles (Off-road

Areas) Regulations 1979.

4.             Regulation 5 amended

In regulation 5 delete "S25." and insert:

$30.

5.             Regulation 6A amended

In regulation 6A delete "$25." and insert:

$30.

6.             Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete "$5." and insert:

$15.
