Amendment Regulations 2018

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.       Citation

These regulations are the Control of Vehicles (Off-road Areas)
Amendment Regulations 2018.

2.     Commencement

These regulations amend the Control of Vehicles (Off-road Areas) Regulations 1979.
4.	Regulation 5 amended In regulation 5 delete "$15." and insert:
$25.

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2018.

3.      Regulations amended

5.      Regulation 6A amended

In regulation 6A delete "$15." and insert:
