CONTROL OF VEHICLES (OFF-ROAD AREAS) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1997

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.      These regulations may be cited as the Control of Vehicles (Off-road areas)

Amendment Regulations 1997.

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on the day on which the Road Traffic

Amendment Act 1996 comes into operation.

Principal regulations

this subregulation are amended by deleting "Traffic Board" in each place where (1) The provisions of the principal regulations mentioned in the Table to

it occurs and substituting in each place the following -
