REGULATIONS UNDER THE CONTROL OF NAVAL WATERS ACT 1918.

the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following
Regulations under the

Amendments of the Control of Naval Waters Regulations.
(
a ) by inserting in the paragraph headed “Port Jackson”, after the words “Naval Armament Depot, Newington.”, the following words:—
“ Dolphin Berth No. lc—Neutral Bay.
Dolphin Berth No. lb—Kirribilli.
Dolphin Berths Nos. 2band 5c—Athol Bay.
Balmoral Naval Depot.
H.M.A. Boom Defence Depot, Waverton.
R.A.N. Torpedo Factory, North Sydney. ” ; (
b ) by omitting from that paragraph the section headed“ Garden Island ” and inserting in its stead the following section:—
