STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATION UNDER THE CONTROL OF NAVAL WATERS ACT 1918.*
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

Amendment of the Control of Naval Waters Regulations.
The First Schedule to the Control of Naval Waters Regulations is amended by omitting from the paragraph headed “JERVIS BAY” the words and figures—
“The following areas to be reserved for merchant shipping:—
Southern Portion of Bay. —That part of Darling-road enclosed by meridian 150° 46' E., and parallel 35° 6' 50" S.
Western Portion of Bay. —Waters enclosed by meridian 150° 43' 30" E.(Chart No. 567, Jervis Bay.)”
and inserting in their stead the words and figures—
“The following areas are reserved for merchant shipping:—
South-eastern Portion of Bay. —That part of Darling-road enclosed by meridian 150° 44' 18" E., and parallel 35° 6' 50" S.
Western Portion of Bay. —The waters enclosed by meridian 150° 41' 50" E.(Chart No. Aus. 80, Jervis Bay)”.
